Track My Order
When tracking is available, it is included in the shipping confirmation or order-status information for the shipment.
Checking a shipment
- Open the shipping confirmation or order-status page.
- Use the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
- Allow several business days for the first scan when a parcel is transferred between logistics partners.
Limited tracking
Some delivery services provide fewer tracking events than major parcel carriers. A period without a new scan does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.
Missing tracking or delayed delivery
Check spam or junk folders and confirm the email address used at checkout. If no tracking was provided, or if the delivery estimate has passed, contact sales@rygadgets.com with your order number.
